When Noham Layani chose the profession of Chartered Accountant, his primary objective was to have a positive impact on the lives of business leaders while aspiring to an exciting career. However, he had to face many prejudices about the profession, often hearing people say: “But you don’t look like an accountant…”.

 

Today, Blendy embodies the materialization of Noham's passion to propel innovative companies towards their destiny to change the world. He challenges the stereotypes associated with his profession, highlighting what makes him proud to be a Chartered Accountant.

Bilingual French-English, graduate of HEC Montréal in Business Administration, member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Paris Ile de France and member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec, Noham has more than 12 years of experience, acquired in medium-sized firms in Canada and France, as well as from Ernst & Young Paris.

Passionate about the opportunities offered by new technologies and the apps, Noham particularly appreciates the freedom and flexibility they bring to the daily life of demanding managers.

Apart from his professional commitment, he finds balance in sport, time spent with his children and travel. And when rest is called for, he can be found by a lake in Canada with The Economist in one hand and a beer in the other.

If his colleagues sometimes make fun of him, it's perhaps because the first computers he bought for Blendy were HPs without SSDs, an anecdote that testifies to his progression in the world of technology.
