NOVEMBER: Taxes.
November 4th
CFE and/or IFER (balance): tax notices are available online from this date and before the payment deadline, dematerialised tax notices can be consulted in the professional space on the impots.gouv.fr website.
November 14th
DEB / DES: submission of the DEB (declaration of exchange of goods) and the DES (declaration of exchange of services) for intra-Community transactions carried out in October.
November 15th
Payroll tax: wages paid in October for monthly taxpayers (cerfa n° 2501)
Withholding tax: filing of the simplified declaration of income from movable assets, flat-rate levy and social security contributions due at source if payment of distributed income and/or interest from current accounts or blocked shareholder accounts during the month of October (cerfa 2777-D)
Companies subject to corporation tax: remote payment to your company tax department of the balance of corporation tax and the 3.3% social contribution on corporation tax (cerfa no. 2572) if your financial year ends on 31 July
Tax on insurance contracts: premiums issued, contracts concluded and sums due during the month of October (cerfa n° 2787 and payment to the Banque de France if > €1.5K).
November 25th
CFE and/or IFER (balance): tax notices are available online for those subscribing to the monthly levy.
November 30th
Companies with a financial year ending on 31 August :
the income tax return No. 2065 and its appendices (corporation tax) additional period of 15 calendar days granted to users of tele-procedures
the withholding tax declaration no. 2754 for foreign companies operating a permanent establishment in France
the annual electronic declaration No. CA12 (VAT - simplified system).
