Raymond began his career as a Success Coach, not at Blendy but at Les Mills. Renowned and certified Les Mills sports coach, he already coached many people towards success.

But his university education called him back and it was quite natural, upon arriving at Blendy, that he put the skills he acquired as a sports coach to use.
